Approach

A method, not
a turnaround time.

Four stages, applied consistently, whether the work is a first chapter or a manuscript returned by reviewers.

01

Assessment

We read before we quote.

  • Full read of the manuscript, including tables, figures and appendices.
  • Written appraisal naming the work required and the work that is not.
  • Fixed scope, fixed fee and a delivery date tied to your submission deadline.
02

Intervention

Editing in tracked stages, chapter by chapter.

  • Language and structural editing recorded in tracked changes.
  • Author queries raised in margin comments — never resolved by assumption.
  • Econometric review of specification, diagnostics and estimation code where in scope.
03

Verification

The pass that examiners will attempt.

  • Citations reconciled against the reference list, both directions.
  • Tables, figures, numbering and sources checked against the text.
04

Handover

Clean, marked-up, and accounted for.

  • A clean file, a tracked file and a memorandum of remaining author decisions.
  • Two rounds of revision included within the agreed scope.
  • Editing certificate on request for faculty submission requirements.

Standing rules

What we will and will not do.

The author remains the author

We do not write your thesis, invent results or ghost-author manuscripts. Every intervention is visible and reversible, which is what makes it defensible in an examination.

Confidentiality by default

Manuscripts, data and correspondence are held in confidence and are never used as samples, teaching material or promotional content.

Economics, not generic editing

Work is handled by an economist who has published in and reviewed for peer-reviewed journals. Terminology, notation and method are read with subject knowledge.

Deadlines are commitments

Capacity is deliberately limited. If a submission date cannot be met properly, we decline the engagement rather than compromise it.

Ready when your draft is.
